Join 600+ Beautiful humans in personal growth, pulling inspiration from these monthly(ish) newsletters with downloadable practices and brutally honest writing.

You made it—welcome to my corner of the virtual world.

I didn’t start writing because I had something to teach.

I started writing because I had something to untangle.

This space—this newsletter—is a place I return to again and again when the noise gets loud, to reconnect with a sense of power and truth. This is my laboratory of self discover and re-invention.

I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Author, and Travel Advisor. Over the years I've claimed many titles, but what I really am is someone who’s spent her entire life experience learning how to channel her personal power, and bravely embrace being a very messy, emotional human.

This is a space where I speak from the middle of the mess.

Here you'll find:

  • Essays and poetry that attempt to describe experiences that don't have words.
  • Somatic practices for nervous system healing, that help you come home to your truth and power.
  • Insights from the road, the body, and the deep quiet.
  • Occasional invitations and opportunities to work with me.
  • A front row seat to me figuring out what the hell I'm doing next.

You’ll get words that crack things open.
You’ll get truth with pulse.

This is not content.
It’s communion with something unspoken, yet alive.

Something that, hopefully, brings you closer to the truest, most inspired you.

It is my hope that by giving myself permission to be messy, you can do the same for yourself.

It is my hope that by sharing my inner world, you feel less alone in yours.

It is my hope that by sending my curated words, you feel inspired to share your own ideas & voice.

Subscribe to get uncensored essays, nervous system rituals, and reminders of who you were before the world told you to shrink.

Where the nervous system speaks louder than logic,
and every word is an invitation to strip down to your truth.

If you’re craving depth, reclamation, and language that lives in the body—step closer.
